  What an amazing studio! I have never been in a studio with a more amazing community. Everyone is friendly and supportive! Patrick and team have created a space where everyone feels welcome! Whether you are a beginner who has never taken a yoga class or a level 3 practitioner, you will find a class to suit your needs. Each teacher has an intelligent flow that keeps it safe, purposeful, and FUN! I took the yoga teacher training here and am so happy that I did. If you are looking to deepen your practice, teach yoga, and/or learn more about yoga, I would recommend taking this training program.
